Heat Up (2019 - ongoing)
Using infra-red heatphotography to explore the sensory imperceptibility of anthropogenic warming. With the use of a thermal infrared camera I document children engaged in climate activism. During one of the actions, I followed a group of children in The Hague who skipped school to demand action on climate change on February 7th, 2019. This was part of one of the world’s largest climate protests, where millions of children around the globe participated in a collective outcry against climate change. The infrared pictures accentuate the 'heat' of their gathering rage.
